Jane Hayes has a secret obsession, it's with Mr. Darcy,played by Colin Firth in the BBC adaptation of Pride and Prejudice and it is ruining her love life. So when a wealthy elderly aunt leaves her an all expenses paid trip to a resort, Pembrook Park which bring her fantasies to life, she feels that that is the chance to get rid of her obsession.
Well, she lands herself there, and finds out that it's totally a whole new world, where she has to dress and behave as though she's in that period. She meets a few characters that interest her, one of it is a gardener, Martin who is the only contact with the outside normal world.
But, time is ticking away, can she really cure her obsession, and also find romance at the same time?
